There's been a lot of talk about the ‘original' nineties supermodels making a comeback of late - Naomi Campbell for YSL, Claudia Schiffer for Chanel (and soon-to-be YSL), Linda Evangelista for Prada to name but a few. However, fresh from her jaw-droppingly sexy Agent Provocateur shoot, Helena Christensen is quick to deny that they ever went away. ‘Supermodels coming back? Please! We were there all along - we are the long endurance girls,' she told us at the Dramatic Need Carnival Spectacular. ‘It's rubbish to say that the new girls are coming through and stealing our crowns - we'll always reign supreme. If you are beautiful it will always be that way.' Never one to mince her words, Helena continued, ‘People talk about airbrushing these days as if it's new - it has always happened. They airbrushed us in the nineties and they do it now.' Would the 39-year-old ever consider plastic surgery? ‘Maybe a few years ago I would have done, but not now.'
